Pharmacy Voice Launches Patient Safety Survey
Pharmacy Voice is currently running an anonymous survey for all community pharmacies across England. The aim of the survey is to gather views on the current patient safety incident reporting and learning processes that are in place. Pharmacy Voice is very concentrated on promoting patient safety throughout the healthcare industry.
