  The 4th National Patient Safety Conference took place in Croke Park on 7th November 2014. Representatives from the Pharmapod Team were in attendance on the day. The conference was opened by the Minister for Health, Mr Leo Varadkar, TD. The Pharmapod System GRLS has been upgraded from Version 1.0 (V1), to Version 2.0 (V2).   Some of the important changes include: 1. Login with email address instead of PSI number: This is to allow non PSI registered members of staff, such as Pharmacy Technicians and support staff, to participate fully in incident reporting and learning.  2.     The Pharmapod Team have just returned home after a busy weekend at the 2014 Pharmacy Show.   The Pharmacy Show took place at the National Exhibition Centre Birmingham on October 5th and 6th. The Show is one of the largest and most important events, with over 7,000 pharmacy professionals coming together to share ideas, discuss issues and network.    The members of the Pharmapod Team met with many of the Uk and Ireland's leading pharmacy professionals including pharmacists, regulators, researchers, educators, buyers and other pharmacy profession stakeholders.   The event was great…Read more …
